The company has a valid license to carry out activities related to the employment of citizens of the Russian Federation on foreign ships. Our main area of activity is recruitment of seafarers. We help the shipowners to recruit highly qualified employees to work on ships, and assist the seafarers in finding employment, provide opportunities for career growth, and a decent salary. The company does not charge a recruitment fee. Baltic Sea Stock Ltd is certified by the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping for compliance with the requirements of: ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems of Maritime Labour Convention 2006 (MLC 2006) of the International Labour Organization.
