INLACO SAIGON Company was established under Decision No. 633/QD-TCCB-LD dated February 27, 1995 of the Ministry of Transport. On March 12, 2007, under Decision No. 532/QD-BGTVT of the Ministry of Transport, INLACO SAIGON Company officially switched to operating under the model of a joint stock company and was renamed International Shipping And Labor Cooperation Joint Stock Company (INLACO SAIGON) and officially started operating from July 1, 2007.
