One department of our company, Kru Maritime S.R.L, located in Constanta-Romania, is acting as a manning agency that has been successfully selecting and supplying experienced crews for duty on board of various foreign vessels. Our agency has been registered and authorized by the Romanian Naval Authority, with Quality System certified by DNV GL ISO 9001 providing that the company has established and maintains a Quality Management System relevant for Services of crewing for seagoing vessels; in addition, we have signed a general agreement with one insurance company for seafarer insurance against all maritime risks in compliance with Romanian regulations. Kru Maritime S.R.L. is now able to expand its supply of highly skilled and qualified personnel covering all ranks for any type of vessel to other interested ship owning and ship managing companies. Our seafarers are all competent professionals who have demonstrated effectiveness to the minimum global standards of knowledge, understanding, experience and professional competence, as set by the STCW convention and desired by the maritime industry generally. This includes proficiency of the English language. As our staff (masters, chief engineer and officers) has a long experience in the field of crew selection and employment, we are very familiar with the latest international regulations in respect of STCW 1995, MLC 2006 and ISM-code requirements. The cadet program we offer includes accepting and promoting girl cadets, and our company has been one of the first to do so in Romania. Besides, we can offer any other worldwide assistance in the technical and/or nautical field, consisting in any shipyard repairs and/or new building construction.
