Spectrum is private Group of Companies based in Latvia. Throughout the last decade our constantly growing business has allowed us to provide a wide range of logistical solutions to our clients through a combination of shipping, forwarding and port services. The company was founded in 1993 in Liepaja, Latvia as a crewing agency specialising in European and CIS markets. Over the next years we established ourselves as one of the most reputable shipping companies in Baltic States, made a significant contribution to the foundation of the Latvian Association of Crewing Companies and are its honourable members to the present day.
