ASK Safety AS

ASK Safety was founded in 1995 and is based in Ålesund on the West Coast of Norway. Initially, we focused on providing safety training for fishermen on board Norwegian fishing boats. Gradually, the range of maritime courses was expanded, and later offshore courses also became part of the offer. In addition, we also arrange courses on location according to customer's needs, both nationally and internationally.

A couple of years ago we opened a new course center in the heart of the cruise industry in Cape Canaveral, Florida. The premises have state-of-the-art equipment and are specially built to offer maritime (STCW) courses. We also arrange "on board" training, where we train crew and officers on board the cruise ships at various ports.

ASK Safety are approved by the Norwegian Maritime Authority, U.S. Coast Guard, Offshore Norge and Telenor Maritime Radio.

Today, we offer over 50 specialized courses for the maritime and offshore sectors.
