MSOS has its roots in the yacht racing community, and over the past thirty years, has supported iconic yacht races such as the Whitbread, the Volvo Ocean Race, the Global Challenge and more. This has provided unrivalled experience of delivering medical support under challenging circumstances in the remotest areas of the world.

The team at MSOS are passionate about delivering a personal service to clients, comprising telemedical support provided by UK-based Doctors, a wide range of offshore MCA medical kits and specialist medical training.

Medical Support Offshore offer bespoke training packages including onboard courses tailored to the yacht at a convenient location and time suitable for them.

Some of the training courses provided by MSOS include: MCA Medical Care Onboard Ship, Medical First Aid at Sea, Elementary First Aid and Updated Medical Care Onboard Ship (refresher training).
