RYA Personal Watercraft Course Training

The aim of the RYA Jet Ski (PWC) Proficiency Course is to make you a competent jetski rider and be safe in your marine environment by teaching you both a range of practical handling skills on the water and working through some theory topics on land. Topics such as weather, tides, collision regulations and navigation to help you start making the right decisions as to what conditions to be aware of and where to go. On successful completion of the course you will be issued with your RYA Jet Ski Proficiency Certificate (Jet Ski License) which is recognised worldwide. The modules included are the following: Launching & recovery Low & high speed handling Man overboard recovery Coming alongside Marina handling Towing & emergency situations Basic navigation & passage planning Collision regulations Weather & tides Aftercare & maintenance We can offer this course either at our main centre at the address above or we can come to your yacht to do both the RYA PWC and RYA PWI courses.
